EXCELPellet is certified for 1" clearance to combustible materials.

Construction
Flue: .016" laser welded stainless steel.
Casing: .019" laser welded Galvalume steel or .019" laser welded satin coat steel (painted)
Paint: Forrest “Stove Bright” flat black.
Insulation: 3/8" Air Space
Gasket: Silicone Rubber

The vertical portion of the slip elbow slides over a standard pellet length just like a slip section.  This eliminates the need for a separate slip piece.
