I just received my order and it fits perfectly.
I have a late 1800's potbelly stove and was having a difficult time finding a "boot" to convert the oval stove pipe opening to a round opening. I had read a number of blogs discussing the same problem with no reasonable solution.
Then I found your website and called. The customer service woman was very helpful. 
I will know be able to hook up the stove in my woodworking shop.

Just wanted you to know that WE appreciated your help with processing this order. We know we could have gotten this part { the blower } at a lower price however we were more concerned with dealing with a company with history. For us that was worth the extra dollars. I recently contacted Woodman parts plus to order a new baffle for our Scan Andersen 10 stove. I had previously called our stove retailer and a second jotul retailer, neither of whom had the part or offered any help in getting it. I also tried calling Jotul NA in Maine and could never get a call back. 

Rebecca was wonderfully helpful, called back when she said she would and had specific information on the part availability. The baffle came in the estimated 2 weeks time and works perfectly.

Just wanted to sent you a note that I received our stove grate on Saturday! It is perfect. Our local Vermont Castings dealer here in Maryland told us it would be 4 to 6 weeks before we could get a new grate for our wood stove. I checked the Internet and found you guys! SO GLAD I did....we received our grate in just a few days, and it was cheaper than our local dealer. We will keep your info in case we need more wood stove accessories...your shop is the BEST! We ordered some replacement fire bricks for our wood stove.  These folks were the only ones we could find who carried the set.  Having read some of the reviews on here, we called ahead to see whether they had the part in stock - which they did.  The woman on the phone was very courteous and helpful. 

What was particularly impressive was that, after putting in the order, we had it at our house on the very next day!  Granted we live in Massachusetts, but still, that was the quickest shipping we ever had.  The bricks were well packaged, and we were very happy - particularly because the stove repair place near our house quoted us 5 times as much for the same bricks.  It may be helpful, since they carry so many obscure parts, to call ahead and make sure it's in stock.  In our case, everything worked out beautifully.  Thanks!

I had just recently ordered cast iron parts for my Vermont Castings Resolute Acclaim stove. The stove needed a complete rebuild from the combustion package on up. I was very skeptical in placing this order that totaled over $350.00 due to the fact that last year I purchased components through one of your competitors and the order took over 6 months to deliver!!! Winter was over. 

I am very pleased with the speedy deliver times, service, parts availability along with the quality of the original cast iron equipment. ALL pieces were a direct bolt replacement and an exact match. I now have rebuilt my wood stove (which is my primary and sole source of heat) and is fully functional as the day I first purchased the stove new 7 years ago.
