If an item is ordered by a customer and then the customer wants to return because the part is wrong or is not needed. Woodman's Parts Plus will charge a 20% restocking fee and will pay no shipping for the shipping of the order or the return. Unless the part is exchanged for the correct item, then our customer service department will waive the restocking charge.
